Non-Subsidised Individual or Paired Classes
Students of any age

Standard Lesson Duration: Typically lasts for 30 minutes, unless otherwise arranged.

Extended Lesson Option: Longer lessons can be arranged for exam preparation upon request.

Invoicing: Lessons will be invoiced at the beginning of school term.

Term Length: The standard term is 9 weeks, but it may be adjusted to account for public holidays that coincide with lesson days.

Payment Requirement: Full payment of fees is required before the term begins.

Cancellation Policy: Written notice of cancellation must be provided at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the upcoming school term.

Lesson Rescheduling: In the event that the school is unable to conduct a lesson on a particular day, it will be credited towards the next invoice or refunded.

Make-Up Lessons and Refunds: There are no make-up lessons or refunds for any student absences.

Lesson adjustment: If a paired class (2 students) cannot be provided, the class time may be reduced to shorter individual sessions
Ministry Subsidised and Keyboard Group Classes
Primary and Intermediate students only

Lesson Duration Options: Lessons typically last either 30 minutes (for up to 4 students) or 45 minutes (for up to 7 students).

Invoicing: Lessons will be invoiced on an annual basis at the beginning of the year.

Term Length: The standard term is 34 weeks of the year within school term, but it may be adjusted to account for public holidays that coincide with lesson days.

Payment Requirement: Full payment of fees is required before the Music School Year begins.

Late Payment: If payment is not received by the due date, the school will reach out to you, and we retain the right to cancel the class until payment is received.

Make-Up Lessons: There are no make-up lessons for any student absences.

Lesson Refund for School Cancellation: If the school is unable to conduct a scheduled lesson, a refund will be issued for the missed lesson.

Long-Term Absences: Extended absences of 4 or more consecutive lessons without sufficient notice will be treated as a cancellation, and the space may be offered to another student.
